Description: We have a double room available in our top floor apartment in the centre of Amsterdam along the Singel canal.
The room has a new double bed, own bathroom and balcony and is around 12m2.
You will share the roof terrace, living space and kitchen (in which you also have your own storage, fridge etc) with us.
House split over two floors and is around 90m2.
Aparment has good heating, dishwasher, washing machine plenty storage and hardwood floors.
The apartment is very peaceful and has great views over the city.
We are looking to share ideally with a professional female or couple. We both work in creative industries.
MOVE IN DATE DECEMBER 1st. We’d like a tenant who will be staying for at least 6 months.
Rent 900 inclusive.
