Compare this pricing to other golf residential projects both in Bangalore and in the rest of the country. 7) Prices are 20% down from the peak levels. And as you know they are not likely to fall anymore. ( I am pleased to know that you are an avid reader of the pink papers) 8) Sure, not many people live there now. But when people start living in the next couple of years, will someone make an effort to do a good presentation on the available sites there? 9) Investors, by rule, go to places ahead of others. Because if you reach there when there is a crowd, then where is the concept of investing? This is why I say you can buy EAGLETON now.
