Short term all-in rates :
- 1 week / 7 nights : 890 €
- 2 weeks / 14 nights : 1,540 €
- 3 weeks / 21 nights : 2,100 €
etc...
- Refundable safety and key deposit : 900 €
Long term rates
- For 4 to 5 months : 1,750 € per month including utilities
- For 6 to 8 months : 1,550 € per month including utilities
- For 9 to 11 months : 1,450 € per month including utilities
- For 12 months or more : 1,350 € per month including utilities
- Additional costs include
electricity, telecommunications, insurance premium,
taxe d'habitation, reasonable brokerage fee
- Refundable safety and key deposit = 2 months of rent
Please note pictures below are not binding as decoration has already been improved,
the green sofabed is away, new pictures will be made before end of October.
