thanks for viewing my room.the reason i put my apartment
for rent in the first place is because of my transfer to the UK last
three month, this fully furnished living room TV, DVD, internet connection, central heating, air conditioning with good fixed line and new kitchen that has modern amenities such as microwave, oven, fitted fridge, dishwasher, washing machine , electric cooker and cutlery.it will cost you 400euros per month 700euros for the SecurityRefundable deposit.payment is paid back at the end of the contract
then the accounts include all costs, including water, gas, electricity and interneti don't know if you are truly interested in my room,but i you re truely interested in my room,the address will be provided if you re interested,so that you can go ahead an view the out the environment ,you are going to enjoy the environment because it so Beautiful and nice with outlet view of Stores to it,and i also need to see the seriousness in you about my room.the rent of this spacious room is 400Euros per month and also the refundable security fees which is 700euros, as i have said earlier i wont be around to show you inside the room,but if you re truely seriouse about having my room,i can make arrangement to come and hand over the keys to you personally,if can you pay the refundable security fees which is 700euros just to be sure of your seriousness about renting my room.and when you get the keys form me personally,i
will take a 1months rent from you,if you are okay with this,let me know
so that can board a ticket and hand over the keys to you personally,if you show the seriousness about my apartment and their are terms which you are required to follow,

CONDITIONS:
1.Party 's agreed very well taken care of the apartment.
2.Parties agreed not to use the premises public company.
3.Pet allowed.
Re 4.You 'may register at my apartment.
5.Party 's down payment do and acknowledge receipt to me or my lawyer
to prove his / her severity towards the agreement before in.
6.Party 's agreed to stay in the apartment with a maximum of 4 tenants.
7.Party 's a g agreed to make unnecessary noise which might disturb
neighborhood.
