Description: Hello,
We want to rent out a room in our lakeside villa in the springs (emirates hills).
It is an independent furnished room with an attached bathroom and separate entrance from outside.
We are providing basic furniture (bed, cupboard, curtains, shelves, chair etc.), refrigerator, electric kettle, parking space, high speed Internet, 24 hour security and close proximity to community swimming pool, jogging track, and 2 community centers etc.
The rent is Dhs. 3000/- per month + Dhs. 250 for utility bills.
Unfortunately, there are no kitchen facilities but obviously you can put in a microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc (the basic stuff).
