Community Services Association - Cairo Community Services Association (CSA) was founded in 1980 with the view to provide support to the international expatriate community working and living in Egypt. Since then, CSA has been assisting expatriates in adjusting to life in Egypt and supporting them to enjoy their experience here – in short, a “home away from home”.
