  • Why Pay Those Huge Commissions to Offshore Financial Advisers
ipac was founded in 1983, and has since been dedicated to helping clients achieve their lifestyle and investment objectives reliably for over 20 years. The ipac model is a fee-based process as opposed to the traditional commission structure operated by the majority of our competitors. Two of our founding visionaries and directors, Arun Abey and Paul Clitheroe, continue to drive the direction of ipac on a full-time basis.
In 2002, ipac officially became a family member of the AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Limited, a global force in the wealth management and financial protection, with assets under management of US$ 800 billion.
On our own, ipac has a client base of more than 30,000 investors, including some of Australia's leading institutions, with funds under management of approximately S$5 billion.
While ipac's head office remains in Sydney, it has representation throughout Australia, as well as a strong presence in Asia Pacific. To date, ipac has more than 250 employees in Asia Pacific, with a diversity of professional backgrounds in economics, law, marketing, accounting, investment, financial analysis and behavioral science. We operate throughout Asia, with offices found in countries such as the Philippines, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
In 2003, ipac launched its practice in Singapore under the Financial Advisers Act, with a team of licensed financial advisers who are well recognized within the industry as leaders in the field.
