DMB Easy Center is an established electronics and home-appliances business based in Haripur, KPK, Pakistan. We are seeking a serious angel investor/silent investment partner for expansion into wholesale distribution across the Hazara region.

**Phase 1 Investment Required: PKR 20 Million (2 Crore)**

**Capital Plan:**
• PKR 15 Million – Wholesale inventory
• PKR 5 Million – Liquid working capital, warehouse/office, staff, software and operational needs

The initial wholesale operation will focus on **Haier and Dawlance**, with additional major brands to be added as the business expands.

DMB will contribute the existing business, market presence, supplier/customer relationships, management, infrastructure and execution. The investor will provide the growth capital.

DMB has a historical sales record, with previous monthly sales reaching approximately **PKR 40–45 million** during its stronger operating period.

The long-term objective is to expand throughout Hazara and potentially scale the business toward **PKR 80–100 million total capital** in future phases.

We are looking for a financially capable and trustworthy investor interested in a long-term partnership. DMB intends to retain ownership and operational control.
