The role involves providing technical and application support while working closely with sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate must be able to explain technical concepts clearly, support customer discussions, and assist in promoting polymer compounds and masterbatch products.

Key Requirements:

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field

Strong hands-on experience in polymer compounding and masterbatch formulation (color, additive, filler, and performance masterbatches)

Good understanding of resins, additives, processing behavior, and end-use performance

Ability to support sales through technical discussions, product explanations, and customer presentations

Experience in customer trials, troubleshooting, and application development

Previous experience working with plastic converters and processors is highly preferred

Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Exit 15)
