About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Retail/Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, optimize inventory, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, leadership skills, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
• Drive sales performance, analyze store metrics, and implement improvement strategies.
• Plan and execute merchandising and visual merchandising strategies to enhance store appeal.
• Manage inventory, stock movement, and supplier coordination.
• Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff; set goals and conduct evaluations.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and handle inquiries or complaints.
• Maintain and update retail software systems; train staff on usage.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
