I m looking for building contractor who can complete the building in ghori town Islamabad It’s a commercial 4 flour plaza . Ground floor already done need someone complete the remaiing three floors I'm currently seeking a reliable and experienced building contractor to complete a commercial project located in Ghori Town, Islamabad. Project Type: Commercial Plaza (4 floors total)
Status: Ground floor is already completed
Work Required: Construction of the remaining three floors (grey structure)
Design:
1st Floor: 5 Marla flat
2nd Floor: 5 Marla flat
3rd Floor: 5 Marla flat or 3.5 marla woth sollar station and water tank
The focus is on grey structure completion for the upper three floors. I’m looking for someone with a solid track record in commercial projects, preferably with experience in local approvals, quality workmanship, and timely delivery.
