-Promote services and events for Agora Space and its partners
-Ensure a smooth, professional, friendly, comfortable experience for guests
-Responsibilities

Office Manager
-Office maintenance
-Make sure the office is always clean and tidy for welcoming visitors
-Assign missions to clean workers and check the completion
-Update office standard, gradually enhance a higher quality community service
-Make sure office standard is alway matching with each office
-Report and fix problems in each office
-Cooperate with workers about cleaning and maintenance

Member Maintenance
-Reply member’s questions
-Find solutions
-Report and give feedback
-Follow up with members request
-Make sure the problems are well solved
-Update procedures

Purchase Manager
-Make sure things arrive on time with the right quantity and quality
-Check inventory daily/weekly and update inventory sheet
-Set up a regular schedule for purchase
-Make right orders
-Update procedure

Event Manager
-Hosting Events
-Organizing Events
-Welcome guests and make sure a nice reception
-Prepare drinks
-Introduce company basic information
