Pre-Sales Engineer

• The Pre-Sales Engineer will deliver technical consultancy and pre-sales activities, and transfer industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills.
• The successful candidate will be assisting all levels of technical account planning and accompany Business Development Managers on customer meetings.
• Working with EXD Sales Team, your responsibilities will include the development of formal written sales proposals and tender responses and the ability to present and differentiate product offerings at a technical level from the competition.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in providing Technical Consultancy services to end-user customers for products such as Cisco Collaboration and Infrastructure, Microsoft, VMware and Mobility solutions.

Skills and Experience
• Senior Technical Consultancy customer-facing experience.
• Proven Technical and IT Services pre-sales experience.
• Proposal writing experience.
• Qualifications to include in the following technologies, Cisco Collaboration, Routing & Switching, Wireless & mobility solutions
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Ability to explain and present technical solutions.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
