A good husband makes a good wife!
Family and background:
Age 29 height 5-11
I am the 2nd eldest out of 7 siblings. 3 brothers and 4 sisters. I come from a highly educated and religious family. There are several Ahl Hadith scholars from my family. Dad is an engineer and Mom has a Masters' Degree in Arabic. 2 of my sisters are married at the time of writing this and the other 2 are almost there (InshAllah). Brothers are still students. My elder sister lives in Jeddah (KSA), with her husband. The younger one lives in the UK with her husband. Mom, dad, 2 sisters, 2 brothers live in Riyadh (KSA) and I live in Lahore (Pakistan).
I was born in Lahore (Pakistan) and moved to Riyadh (KSA) when I was a couple of months old. I studied in Riyadh. We then Immigrated to Canada. but came back very soon because my parents preferred to live in KSA. I memorized the Holy Quran when I was about 14-15. I did my A-levels and and some other advanced coerces. I worked in sales in a big company and engaged in business activities on the side in KSA
To work as my own boss moved to Lahore and run a hospitality business (that has the potential to grow much bigger In Sha Allah). I am also pursuing other business interests.
I am a pretty normal and soft spoken guy. I pursue knowledge on various subjects by talking to experts, reading books, listening to podcasts and watching documentaries. I would like to live a healthy lifestyle. I have lost a lot of weight within a year, but its still a work in progress. I'd like to continue on as a healthy and fit person in the future. I believe that one can't delay the time of one's death by even a mere second, but one can greatly improve the quality of one's life by living healthy life.
I like to travel, explore places and meet people. I have been to Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE, Canada and the UK. I'd love to travel to many more countries if Allah SWT makes it possible. I am seeking to relocate, while still maintaining a decent back-up in Pakistan. I generally stay out of social media as I believe it to be more harmful than beneficial if you don't have a specific agenda or purpose for doing so. Spending time in displaying one's life and watching others' lives is detrimental to mental health and more importantly, one's Imaan.
My Deen (religiousness)
I am not where I would like to be. I am a practicing Muslim. I believe that one should strive to come closer to Allah SWT constantly, and keep improving in that direction. I try to keep revising the Quran so that I don't forget what I have memorized. I try to pray Salah regularly. I am leading Taraveeh prayer in a large mosque in Lahore during Ramdhan 1441. Allah has blessed me with sweat recitation of Quran.
I have never dated or had a girlfriend (Alhumdulillah).
I have no addictions, Alhumdulillah. I do not drink, smoke, do drugs or gamble.
What I am looking for
رب إني لما أنزلت إلي من خير فقير
I would like my wife to understands their shortcomings and doesn't try to justify them i.e, I like this song. so music isn't all that much haraam.
I need someone who takes the task raising children seriously (if Allah SWT choses to grace us).
I don't like overly materialistic people. Its natural to seek to be comfortable but comparing one's status to others and basing one's life and self image around them is not.
I'd like my partner to be attractive looking and have a fair complexion. Height 5-8
I want someone who wants to learn and grow with me. Keep working on ourselves to improve our Deen, health, wealth, knowledge and understanding. Someone who is into health and fitness and isn't anti-social.
