(Note: there 2-3 part time job offers are required from local communities (cities) to be eligible for this program)
It's a new and fresh program, and application is lodged through employers only, applicants cannot apply directly for this, it is to avoid massive burden of unnecessary applications and job offer scams etc.
Their total focus is on communities (by community they mean local cities) and job offers from them so you become eligible for their open work-permit, the weather there is extremely cold that's why they have given up so many immigration requirements like IELTS, ECA, LMIA and age limit because they want this region's population increased and want families to settled there permanently.
It's a 2-years location restricted program. That means you have to live in Yukon for two years after that PR is granted.
