- Preparing and Executing recruitment plans (Locally & Overseas).
- Preparing HR Budgets.
- Advanced financial analysis skills to prepare all HR related financial reports & determine the financial impact in order to help decision-makers in making the right decisions.
- Efficiently use of Microsoft Excel ( using most of the related programs functions to create a very complicated equations with unlimited conditions & arguments)
- Ability of using, analyzing, implementing and evaluating most of HR software.
- Have all needed skills to build, lead and coach an efficient HR team.
- Deep knowledge of Saudi labor law and its regulations.
