I am seeking for HR , GR , Admin Specialist position, I have good experience in KSA more than 6 years as below job description :-
• Experience in Recruitment TAMM, Muqeem, Medical Insurance, Transportation, Accommodation
• Responsible for issue medical insurance policy.
• Company Car Insurance issuance policy.
• Prepare employment contract agreements of Saudi’s and non-Saudi’s
• Maintain Employees files and records.
• Audit the manpower plan for assigned department.
• Helping the management to take the necessary decisions in the company.
• Setting up, conducting and evaluating the candidate in the interviews.
• Informing the recruitment agency or candidates for the interview schedule.
• Attending the interviews as HR representative.
• Preparing and reviewing the employment & job offer for selected candidates.
• Sending offer and receiving the feedback from the candidates.
• Prepare employment contract, visa documents for issuing employment visa.
• arrange accommodation, airport pick-up and transportation for new employees.
• Arrange medical test for resident permit (iqama).
• Handling and maintaining the visa for accepted candidates.
• Transfer and change job offers.
• Handle all the contractor position (support services) for the company.
• Responsible for staffing including, screening, searching and interviewing new candidates..
• Informing vacant positions to supervisor
• Reviewing the staff settlements including tickets and pending dues.
• Take the Exit Interview those who leave the company
• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
• Write and post job descriptions on career websites.
• Source candidates by using databases and social media
• Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
• Make the Record of visa’s (Expiry) in the Data Base
• Delegation/Cancelation of Visa Through Enjaz services
• Handling process of the visa’s and the communications with the candidates and agencies.
• Providing the essential documents to the agency to process the visa’s
• Communicating with the candidates till the visa stamp & book the ticket
• Create Employee Company Id number.
• Ensure that he/she fills out all important documents.
• Ask for feedback about the on boarding experience.
• Have the new employee’s workstation ready to go
