HR Manager In Cairo

We are logistics company based in Saudi Arabia and opening our back office in Egypt - Cairo.

We are looking for HR manager in Cairo. Candidate must have minimum 3 - 5 years experience

HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized. Therefore, their essential job responsibilities include:
• Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
• Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
• These responsibilities involve achieving the following tasks:
• Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
• Creating and revising job descriptions
• Conducting annual salary surveys
• Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
• Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
• Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
• Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
• Performing benefits administration
• Maintaining affirmative action programs
• Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
• Overseeing exit interviews
• Maintaining department records and reports
• Participating in administrative staff meetings
• Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
• Implementation of the company set up system adopts according to Laws, regulations towards company’s and employee’s rights.
• Develop and maintain human resources systems, including data management and upgrading
• Carry out various tasks related to Human Resources to determine Job titles and career hierarchy of the company
• Processing of employee’s monthly time schedules.
• Prepare payrolls and wages and financial entitlements for employees.
• Maintain the payroll files.
• Maintain Employee’s contract and company personnel files and their profiles.
• Announcement of new jobs and vacancies in the company
• Prepare and maintain new employee files
• Ensure that conditions of employment meet the requirements of Job nature
• Provide guidance to employees according to company’s general policy.
• Oversee and supervise Office Operations and administrative staff members and ensure daily operations are performed in a seamless and efficient manners.
• Responsible in hiring, on board briefing to new employees, and evaluate employees. Ensure to attract top talent and streamlining office operations to maximize quality and efficiency while reducing cost.
• Review and improve Policies and Procedures based on the existing and current flow of HR Administration
