INGREDIENTS :-

• Ghee
• Onion (4)
• Cardamon (6-7)
• Cloves (5-6)
• Cinnamon (3)
• Start Anise (2)
• Green Chilli (3)
• Ginger & Garlic Paste
• Mint
• Raisins
• Dry Coconut
• Cashew nuts
• Saffron Powder
• salt
• Curry Leaves


DIRECTIONS :-

• In pot , Add Ghee, Onion & fry until it gets golden brown.
• Add Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, garlic & ginger paste, salt and mix it well
Add chicken and mix it until it changes the color and also cook until the chicken is tender
Add raisins ,dry coconut , cashew nuts
make sure you cook on medium low flame
Now prepare rice to cook and then add the chicken which you prepared
and cover and cook until its done
NOW SERVE HOT
