Customer Care Required In Egypt (Cairo)

We are a Logistics company in Saudi Arabia and opening our Back office in Egypt (Cairo), We are looking for Customer care service staffs who can look after following job requirements.
• Taking care for existing customer from A to Z
• Following up with operation team and clients
• Replying clients email according to status and quires
• Giving up 100% satisfactory service to each clients
• Following up head office (KSA) for urgent and critical shipments
• And any other related customer care service job assigned by Head office

The candidate must have excellent communication skill in both English and Arabic language and below is the requirements

• Qualification : Graduate or more
• Microsoft office : Excellent in Excell / word / outlook
• Emails : Excellent communication skills in emails
• Languages : Excellent in English and Arabic
• Probation period : 3 months
