Responsibility:
In charge of planning, development and management of the human resource development program as an
assistant to the head of the human resource development department who is responsible for promoting the growth of our employees.

Job specification:
· Planning and development of the OFF-JT program
· Vendor management
· Off-JT program (Selection and training of instructors, follow-up of participants before and after training)
· Monitoring the implementation status of OJT and planning and introduction of measures to promote the implementation of OJT
· Management of budgets, resources, challenges, etc. of the human resource development department
· Implementation of stakeholder communication
· Measurement of effectiveness of developed programs

Job requirements:
· Problem extraction ability and problem solving ability
· Logical thinking, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
· Excel (level where basic functions can be used)
· Power Point (level to prepare materials for important internal meetings)
· Japanese level N2

Welcome conditions:
· More than 3 years of experience in human resource development at domestic and international business companies. Alternatively, experience in the development of equivalent experience and training content in the management planning department, personnel consulting and human resource development service companies
· Experience in independently defining issues, reviewing solutions and proposing solutions
· Experience in planning and implementing human resource development policies (training, etc.) independently
· Experience with continuous improvement through the PDCA cycle in personnel and human resource development mechanisms
· Training program
· Vendor evaluation and selection experience
· Experience in promoting employee awareness and behavior change

Annual Income: 4 to 8 million yen
