Salary: RMB 12K to RMB 15K (plus commission & bonus)
- Online promoting products for our clients via in apps or web portal.
- Attend to all customer inquiries and provide relevant information to customers.
- Investigate and solve complaints from customers.
- Customer service by telephone, mail, and internet chat.
- Must know how to type mandarin and must be fast in handling internet chat.
- Work with confidential customers information and treat it sensitively.
- Working hours 12 hours per day and Monday to Saturday.
- A good attendance attitude rewards upto RM6,000++ will be given at the end of the year.
- Ad hoc job will be given by Superior from time to time via administrative work.
- Training will be provided
- At least 1 year working experience in any related field
- Preferably have SPM/ Diploma qualification.
- Must be fluent in Mandarin (Deal with Mandarin speaking customer) & English.
- Sweet voice, smart and sociable.
