Job Responsibilities:-

• Broad knowledge and experience of IT operating systems including Microsoft Windows
client operating systems, Windows 10.11,8,07 & Microsoft Office. office 365
•Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS, authorized desktop applications,
hardware, and peripheral equipment.
• Installing and Configuring of Windows Servers 2008, 2012
. • Install and maintain OS (Windows 7, 8 and 10) installation/imaging on all desktops,
laptops and occasionally on Servers (Server OS 2008, 2012 and 2016).
• Resolving escalated problems end user support team.
• Installing Network and Local Printers shared with users.
• Configuring the outlook and troubleshoot.
• Creating PST file and recover the Corrupted PST’s.
• Installing VPN and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot application like Java, Oracle, SAP.
• Imaging of computers using Acronis and ghost.
• Backup and restore the user data.
• Internet troubleshooting.
• Joining Clients to Domain.
• Reset user password and unlock user credentials.
• Install the Symantec end point protection in to client computers.
• Hardware troubleshooting.
•New implementation Active Directory and Additional Domain Controller.
•Create new user, group and group policy.
•Joining domain on the client pc.
