Responsible for establishing, coordinating, and growing the business sales channel to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives. Evaluates sales performances, and formulate and review corporate commercial medium and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific products and services.
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the Sales and Marketing team and Plan and assigning daily workload to the sales team.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Develop new sales techniques for business growth and profitability.
Understand customer needs and suggest changes in products to meet these needs.
Responsible for local procurement and suggesting new products and coordinating with accounts, sales, stores, and higher management.
