Verbal translation (Spanish to English & vice versa)
Answering phone calls, handling communications & arranging meetings with clients/vendors, etc.
Organizing and planning meetings
Organizing travel and itineraries
Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
Conducting or preparing any research that may be required
Various ad hoc requests
Other required skills-
Verbal and written articulacy
Well-developed time management skills
Strong organizational skills
Must be fluent in English & Spanish (native)
Entry-level position must be great in inter-personal skills, presentable, positive attitude & should be able to adjust to flexible working hours. We may look at extending the work contract for the right candidate; subject to requirement.
