1. Knowledge & experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Share Folders & MFP-Network Printer
2. Experience in troubleshooting Windows7, Windows 8 & Windows 10, Office 2016 /365.
3. Troubleshooting issues related to Outlook, MS Office, Printers, Scanners, LAN, Wireless
4. Managing Helpdesk System, ManageEngine Service Desk Plus & attending executive’s support calls, attending internal & remote users.
5. Must have Car to visit the remote users within 30 Kilometers.
