Manage and Review project status reports for the Projects Sponsors under the program.
Ensure that the projects operate within the approved budget. Monitor and approve all budgeted program expenditures. Identify and evaluate the risks / Issues associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks. Monitor the projects activities on a regular basis and conduct an regular evaluation
