-Develop detailed short-term schedules for critical activities and distributed to project team to avoid project delays
-Update the project KPI’s dashboard ( S-curves, CPI & SPI )
-Monthly schedule update and 3-weeks look ahead schedule update and recovery programs as per project requirement
-Develop process diagrams and flowcharts
-Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports in coordination with project team
-Prepared all the engineering and procurement status and design reporting with forecasted impact on the project in case of delays
