* Assistant Accountant: Preparing Financial documents such as Invoice, bills and account payable and receivable - Completing purchase orders - Operating the Cash Register and Preparing Client Payment Sheet - Preparing Vat file for Quarterly-half year and Yearly - Handling Cash Transactions with the Customers - Collecting Payment and Issuing Receipts.

* Document Controller: Controlling Company and Project Documentations - Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards - Conducting regular reviews and document audits - Organizing all the documents as per official requirement & filing properly as per Project demand - Preparing Documents Such as Purchase Order, RFI's, Quotations and Delivery Notes - Provide personal and technical assistance and clerical support to the Project Control Manager and Accounts Team - Registering all the incoming and outgoing correspondence, transmitting drawings and documents and other related documentations from Project Site

* Logistics & Transportation: Managing Material Import System by Saber Portal (Material Approval - Shipment Approval) - Maintaining Records of Shipments - Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders - Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments - Organizing and managing inventory and transportation - Managing all Transportation from Cranes and other Equipment's and Maintenance of Vehicles Records, Maintaining Records of On-Hours & Off-Hours for vehicles
