I have almost 3 years of experience in accounting and finance field in different sectors (Manufacturing, Trading and Restaurants) and have performed following tasks:
Keeping records of all transactions, and be responsible for the booking of accounts payable, accounts receivable, Petty cash and other related invoices.
Preparation of monthly aging reports for vendor payments.
Responsible for all routine cash and credit activities including checking invoices, processing payments, and verifying and posting the details of financial transactions.
Preparation of bank reconciliation, and monitors account transfers, including accounts payable and payroll.
Preparation of monthly and weekly reports to the Manager with regards to the Accounts Department's whole activities.
Provide support and coordinate with the Manager for management and auditors reports.
Preparation and filing of VAT returns.
Responsible for checking client invoices, processed payments, and verifying and posting the details of financial transactions.
Finalization of Accounts (GL, Income statement & Balance Sheet)
