We kept it in our spare bedroom and it was not used very often. We're selling it because we've moved to a larger space and want to replace it with a bed.
Condition is excellent.
Sofa is 190 cm wide and 98 cm deep. It unfolds into a bed that is 200 cm by 140 cm. (A full-sized bed, comfortable for two people.)
