Internal Auditor (EXPATS)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Institute Corporate Governance practices at Group Level.

Conducting Internal control evaluation / investigation and risk assessment to identify loopholes and areas requiring Management intervention to prevent fraud, risk of fraud, embezzlements, misappropriations, misuse and wastage of resources and ensuring that objectives of the organization are achieved efficiently and effectively at all times.

To ensure reliability and accuracy of audit processes, to report the compliance to all policies and procedures and prepare special reports when asked by the Management on various aspects of financial management, including asset management and security, financial reporting, decision support systems, management information systems.

Preparing an annual internal audit plan based on risk assessment to cover all activities of the Holding group and report to the Management its findings including action plans and target timelines for completion and closure of issues.

Ensuring that the current system would be user friendly for generation of accurate and reliable financial reports. Coordinate and suggest to I.T. department for improvements and/or upgrade of system if needed.

Qualifications:

Male/Female

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Business Management/Auditing from reputed University

Minimum of 5-10 years audit experience

Internal audit experience in Manufacturing organization (added advantage)

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) / Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

Certified Risk Management or Certificate Fraud Examiner will be added advantage
