I am single working in company in Othman bin affin rd near panda, I want the room surrounding to this location because I will go to office by walk let the the room be 1 or 2 km away from office location like Al wadi is also great location to travel to office by walk. As I am Looking for semi furnished house or single room with less budget. I will pay in 3 installment if agreement is for 1 year or if agreement is for 6 month I will pay in 2 installment.
