I am looking for job the Position of Assist Accountant, having 2 years’ experience & familiar with Tally ERP 9, Job profile is as follows: -
Job Profile:-
− Preparation of RFQ, Quotation and Purchase order.
− Preparation of invoice and submission to customer.
− Maintenance of customer and vender’s ledger.
− Conduct Inventory audit and submission of report to concerned authorities.
− Placing a guide line to warehouse supervisors for easy auditing.
− Preparation of payroll and subsequently disbursement of pay to employees.
− Prepare and action all type of journal vouchers.
− Calculation of depreciation on fixed asset.
− Assisting Senior Accountant in preparation of balance sheet and profit & loss
account.
− Reconciliation of bank statements & Cash book.
− Handling & maintaining petty cash.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
- ITI (Electrician)
Computer Skill:
Tally ERP 9 (Accounting Software).
CCC (Course of Computer Concepts).
MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
Iqama Status: Transferrable
