➢ Daily progress report in excel sheet.
➢ Assist the commissioning team.
➢ Ensure proper installation of AHU, FCU, Chilled water pipes and firefighting pippes as per shop drawing
and schedule.
➢ Monitoring with supervisors, foreman & technicians.
➢ Preparation of work schedule & complete the job on time.
➢ Drawing procedure for erection, welding, NDT & Hydro Testing for Process Piping
➢ To maintain record, Document & work status of relevant activity as per ISO.
➢ To Co-ordination with Client, Sub-contractor & Engineering Department regarding technical problem.
➢ To maintain safe all HVAC, firefighting and piping activities are carried out in accordance with the
company's safety policy and procedures.
➢ Inspection of tool tackles & material to avoid delay in fabrication & erection.
➢ Estimate the materials requirements and site supervisor to complete the jobs.
➢ Prepare report on job status and project completion.
➢ Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from
drawings..
➢ Identification and preparation of extra items.
➢ After installation make As-Built and submit it for approval.
➢ Organize daily meeting with supervisor to know daily progress of the given task.
➢ Providing billing related information/documents to client as and when required.
➢ Site Visits: - Random Physical checking of bills at site case to case.
