I am professionally qualified with a Master of Commerce major in Finance completed in the year 2012 & hold a Bachelor of Commerce(2010) from Osmania University in India.

I can do and have done the following tasks:

➢ Keep records of all transactions, and responsible for the preparation of accounts payable,
invoices, accounts receivable, Petty cash, and payroll statements.
➢ Preparing monthly aging reports for vendor payments.
➢ Dealing with Exchange Company for payments to foreign suppliers.
➢ Responsible for all routine cash and credit activities, including checking invoices, processing
payments, and verifying and posting details of financial transactions.
➢ Prepares bank reconciliation, and monitors account transfers, including accounts payable and
payroll.
➢ Prepare monthly and weekly reports to the Manager with regards to the Accounts Department's
whole activities.
➢ Provide support and coordinate with the Manager for management reports and auditors reports.
➢ Preparation and filing of VAT reports.
➢ Handling BSP payments and doing BSP Reconciliation.
➢ Responsible for checking client invoices, processing payments, and verifying and posting details of financial transactions.
➢ Invoicing clients for services provided to them from us (services may include accounting
services, and HR services by my company).
