Provide support to senior management on business commercial and cost analysis. Partnering with operations, supply chain and commercial teams in order provide effective and efficient support, in regard to costing, inventory management and pricing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Analysis:
Support sales team with pricing decisions, by providing product cost estimate and net gross margin analysis for export shipments.
Prepare monthly analysis on customer net gross margin for all the product lines.
Prepare monthly analysis of inventory aging across all the warehouses and inventory categories. (i.e., Finished goods, WIP, Raw material, packing material and spares)
Reporting of Daily Sales value and open Sales order values to Executive management.
Various sales analysis. (Including Sales and price trends for last 12/24 months)
Support R&D on cost analysis and estimates for new products.
Monthly Group Sales reconciliation (Combined for multiple Business units)
Support Group FC in consolidation of annual Sales Budget.
Periodic analysis of Provisions of volume rebates to customers.
Cost analyst:
Review and costing of Production Orders: i.e., Review & analysis of variance between actual Material consumption, Labor and overhead vs. estimations per BOM.
Perform monthly GL reconciliation of Inventory, work-in-process, and COGS accounts.
Review and track raw material price trends.
Prepare period analysis on non-moving inventory and liaise with operations team for write-offs proposals.
Qualifications & Professional Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
Professional certification in Cost & Management accounting (ACMA, CMA or equivalent.)
3 – 4 years of experience as cost accountant / commercial analyst role within a manufacturing industry.
Excellent data analytics skills.
Computing & Technical Skills
ERP functional experience. (MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle etc.)
MS Office (Excel, Power point, Word) – Advance level
Salary:
SAR 14 - 15K monthly and family status.
