Sales / Admin

We are a general trading company in Oil & Gas, Food & Beverages & Pharmaceutical Industries, Power Plant, Water treatment plants, Cement Plants, Building Materials, product lines such as pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, water meters, Instrumentations, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Motors, Pumps, Solenoid Valves, Cylinders, Fittings etc. and associated products has the following position to be filled.
Applicants with a degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Instrumentation Engineering having at least 3 years’ experience in the same field. Able to work independently. Experience with the same nature business can be accepted without a diploma or degree.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Generating and qualifying sales leads using direct sales techniques.
2. Responding to sales inquiries promptly and developing leads into sales opportunities.
3. Maintaining records of all sales calls including visit reports.
4. Activities might require field work for face-to-face meetings and office/in-housework for online meetings and/or administrative days.
General requirements for all Sales/ Admin candidates:
1. Aged between 25-35 years.
2. Experience in the preparation and submission of tenders, quotations, Purchase Orders, Invoicing and proposals.
3. Ability to deal with suppliers for procurement of materials.
4. Fluency in spoken and written English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other related accounting software.
6. Friendly, polite and with a positive attitude exhibiting good behavior and conduct.
7. Able to travel throughout GCC/ other countries if required for the business purpose (optional).
8. Able to manage multiple tasks.
9. Must hold a valid driver’s license.
10. Non-smoker/ Non-Alcoholic.
We offer reasonable Basic salary with Sales incentive, HR, Transportation plus all provisions as per the respected Bahrain labor law.
