Presently Working with Enerco where I am responsible for supervising the work of a team of electricians by providing daily direction to them and assigning work priorities. Also responsible for planning and leading the daily activities of a team that is carrying out electrical maintenance, installations and modifications.

Schneider Electric: (Electrical Team Leader)
Working with Schneider Electric Company Dammam Saudi Arabia, from December 2015 to July 2018where I am responsible for supervising the work of a team of electricians by leading the routine maintenance, repair and installation of electrical services equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

Scheduling work to be done for the day.
Providing guidance to junior staff in the areas of; leadership, continuous improvement, decision-making and conflict resolution.

Carrying out inspections on all plant electrical equipment.
