• Preparation of Trading , Profit and Loss Accounts and Balance sheet
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliation.
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Responsible for payment collections and reporting.
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.
• Posting Receipts & Payments Vouchers in respective Parties Ledger / Suppliers Ledger A/c.
• Preparing Purchase Register in Excel and posting in Parties / Suppliers Ledgers.
• Comfortable with handling cash and giving change.
• Maintain stock report and perform physical check on periodic basis.
• Keeping account books and systems up to date .
• Excellent experience with Invoicing, Billings, and Payment activities.
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
• Writing Cheques
• Calculating and processing payroll adjustments, incentive payments
• Tally ERP , Tally Prime.
• MS Office tools like Excel , Word.
