Indeed, all labour accommodations are approved by the Ministry for the group stay of labourers and staff. In addition, it is approved by the Bapco and Alba factories which are the leading companies in Bahrain.

Accommodation rent and payment terms.
Of course, it is a low-rent labour camp. The minimum rent for 16 rooms of labour accommodation is Bahrain Dinar 1600/– per month exclusive. That is, one room rent is BHD 100/-Per month. Again, one room is approved for 4 people as well. The additional people stay is only as per the tenant’s interest.
The payment terms are as follows: The first 3 months’ rent is due when signing the lease. In addition, 9 post-dated cheques or a steady bank transfer are needed.
