Our company is seeking a talented and motivated Pastry Chef to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of pastry production, from developing and creating new desserts to maintaining the highest standards for quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

Bake and prepare a wide variety of pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts from scratch
Develop and test new recipes
Manage inventory and ensure the kitchen is properly stocked with baking supplies
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Train and mentor junior staff
Participate in menu planning and development
Ensure adherence to all food safety regulations

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience working in a professional pastry kitchen
Strong understanding of baking techniques and principles
Experience with working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Creative and innovative approach to pastry making
A meticulous eye for detail and presentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
