i have completed Bachelor Degree in Food Science and Technology. i have more than 3 Year Experience
i have HACCP Level 4 Certification from International Institute
Job responsibilities :

Conduct regular quality control inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.

Implement and manage food safety programs, including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), to identify and control potential hazards in the production process.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other quality assurance programs.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality tests, inspections, and corrective actions taken.

Work closely with suppliers to evaluate and manage the quality of incoming raw materials.

Lead investigations into quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Stay informed about industry trends and changes in food safety regulations to ensure compliance.

Facilitate training programs for employees to promote a culture of quality and safety awareness.

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns related to product quality, implementing improvements as needed.

Collaborate with regulatory agencies and external auditors to ensure successful compliance audits.


Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP): ISO 22000 incorporates the principles of HACCP, which is a systematic approach to identifying, evaluating, and controlling hazards in the food production process.
