Position: Customer Support Representative

Job responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product information, doing invoices and quotations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
Proficiency in using MS office word and excel.

Salary offered: BHD 250.
