As an Electrical & Instrument QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) professional, some typical job responsibilities include:

1. *Ensuring compliance*: Verify that electrical and instrument systems meet relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC, OSHA).
2. *Inspecting and testing*: Conduct regular inspections and tests on electrical and instrument equipment, systems, and installations to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
3. *Developing and implementing QA/QC plans*: Create and enforce quality control plans, procedures, and protocols for electrical and instrument projects.
4. *Auditing and reporting*: Perform internal audits, identify non-conformities, and generate reports to management and clients.
5. *Collaborating with teams*: Work with project managers, engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
6. *Calibration and maintenance*: Oversee the calibration and maintenance of electrical and instrument equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
7. *Troubleshooting and problem-solving*: Identify and resolve quality and safety issues related to electrical and instrument systems.
8. *Training and mentoring*: Provide guidance and training to junior staff and contractors on QA/QC procedures and best practices.
9. *Document control*: Manage and maintain accurate records, documents, and databases related to electrical and instrument QA/QC activities.
10. *Continuous improvement*: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and implement improvements to QA/QC processes and procedures.
