Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials.
Ensure proper stock levels are maintained and manage reordering processes.
Organize and maintain the storeroom, ensuring goods are stored in an orderly and safe manner.
Keep accurate records of inventory transactions and perform regular inventory audits.
Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
Prepare and submit regular inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations within the storeroom.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
Proven experience as a store keeper or in a similar inventory management role. must be in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to storage and inventory management is a plus.
