Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and analysis of cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and targets.
Conduct regular audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
Support the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions to management.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient cost management.
Maintain and update cost accounting records and documentation.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Provide support in preparing financial statements and management reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Previous experience in cost control, accounting, or finance, must be in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to cost control and accounting is a plus.
