Minimum 5 years of IT support experience
Proficiency in networking & servers
Graphic design skills
Responsibilities:
IT Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
Maintain IT infrastructure and systems
Provide technical support to staff
Graphic Design Support:
Assist in creating and maintaining visual content
Collaborate on design projects for marketing materials
Ensure the integration of IT and design tools
Networking & Firewall:
Manage network configuration and security
Monitor server performance and backups
Implement network improvements and upgrades
Salary: OMR 600 to 900 per month based on experience and knowledge
