Proficient in using Primavera P6 for project scheduling, control, and monitoring, I excel in managing projects from start to finish while ensuring they adhere to timelines and budgets. PREVIOUS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), drawings, and project scopes to craft comprehensive baselines and bar charts for distinct project phases, encompassing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction.
• Formulate short-term schedules like 2-3 Week Look-Ahead and 2-3 Months Look-Ahead, aligning them with the approved Baseline Construction Schedule and available resources (Manpower, Materials, Equipment).
• Supervise the timely delivery of project-related materials, ensuring accurate tracking.
• Compile in-depth weekly and monthly reports based on the ongoing work progress.
• Establish logs for Shop Drawings and Material Submittals, incorporating cost loading. Capture and document essential data for schedule updates, followed by a detailed analysis of the updated schedule.
• Inform the planning manager of work progress, providing meticulous comparisons between planned and actual advancements.
• Prepare and review Subcontractors' programs, intertwining them with the baseline program while monitoring progress.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers, nurturing and sustaining positive working relationships.
• Monitor on-site progress and coordinate site meetings.
• Actively participate in project meetings and engage in discussions with the client as necessary.
• Create and update comprehensive cost reports for the project, including weekly updates on actual progres.
• Generate cost S-Curves and manpower histograms.
