Responsibilities
• Bringing team skills as well as the ability to communicate directly with clients, consultants, agencies, local authorities, the design review team and other staff.
• Understanding of local building codes in country, alongside International Building Codes, LEED requirements and other similar sustainability standards among others.
• Preparing and inputting to a project program, project plan, and schedule
• Identifying and assessing project risks and mitigating these
• Attending Meetings with Consultants and have good presentation making and delivering skills.
• Working alongside the team to prepare project procedural plans.
Requirements:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 6 years of broad-based experience in a planning/scheduling role, preferably in the Middle East region.
Experience in Microsoft Office, Primavera and Microsoft Project applications and a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering is essential.
Fluency in Arabic and English Language is Compulsory.
Experience in Aluminum and Glass Fa?ade Work will be preferred.
